Work launches new post

I've been so bad. No posts for months! I blame being way into my new boyfriend. Oh, and loving my job too much (really, i love LOVE my job).

But we just launched a blog at work called "Listed," and we hope you real-estate junkies might love it.

When will I post again?

I'm not terribly sure. I'm busy with a new boyfriend (Thom). I have lots of family and friends wanting me to visit them (Portland, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Austin, Chicago). Strangely, I don't think I've run out of hats for "Monday is hat day" (I have a new green plaid fedora that I'm in love with). So, I have no excuse there. But until I begin regular posts again, here are three recent pics of me without a hat ...

The return of Monday is hat day!

Here ya go, kiddies. A new black bowler with a small brim that I picked up at a super big discount thanks to the current economy. Thanks, Square Room!

Oh, and on a side note, I took this picture just now. And today also happens to be my five-year anniversary at Microsoft. Wow. Just sayin'.

It's been a while ...

... so I'll get things revved back up with a "Sissy-Boy Slap-Party." Enjoy.

Seattle snowpocalypse 2008

I have tons of pictures of the snow in Seattle over the past several days. But my cheap little point and shoot some how managed to capture one image that stands out from all of the rest. So, I'm only going to post it.

A little background of this shot, three buses were stranded outside of my building today (Sunday, Dec. 21. I posted this early Monday morning, so it still seems like Sunday to me). This is a picture I took of the second from my bedroom window. Usually, it took 3-4 hours for a tow truck to arrive and haul them to safety.

New site where I work launched today

I am really elated that the new site I've been working on behind the scenes for several months launched today! It's a huge step forward from our previous site, and I'm excited to see how it performs. And my fingers are crossed that my work schedule will get back to normal. :-) Our team put in lots of long hours during the past month.

Here's the welcome letter that my boss and I wrote to introduce visitors to the changes.

Oprah: 57 pounds heavier than me

At least, according to this story from the AP.
